Abaxial side (underside) of the branchlet shown in previous photo. The grayish green color does not appear much different from that on the upper side, hence the epithet "concolor." In other firs the underside is of contrasting lighter color due to concentration of stomata there; in this species stomata are distributed about evenly on both sides.
