Distal parts of stem, branches of inflorescence, pedicels, and hypanthia of flowers stipitate-glandular. Sepals green, triangular, unequal to each other in size, their margins with 0-4 gland-tipped teeth per side; petals tiny, greenish white, inconspicuous; stamen filaments white (pink when young), anthers up to 1 mm long. Capsules star-shaped, 5-parted, developed from 5 carpels.
