Langsdorff's bluejoint may be considered a distinct northern species widespread in Northeast Asia and northern North America (with southern anclaves in California, Colorado, and Georgia). On the East Coast, it reaches south to New Hampshire, Vermont, and coastal New York, but is absent from Massachusetts. Shown here for comparison. Plant collected in 1974, exact date not recorded.
