There are two observations on iNaturalist of this species [1, 2], but their identification is not certain and status (introduced/cultivated) unclear . According to the 'Flora of North America,' it was reported "to have escaped in Alaska and is established near the north end of the Great Slave Lake. The species is to be expected elsewhere in Canada and the northern United States."
